How it works

A member, a pastor, or a neighbor raises the need. Church leadership makes the call about who receives help — not an algorithm, and not a stranger in another county.

Assistance goes onto a closed-loop card that works for essentials and is restricted from categories the church has ruled out. No cash handoffs to track or lose.

Balance checks stay private
Recipients can check their balance by text or phone. Those replies never include legal names or full card numbers, so a shared phone never becomes an exposure.
